About this apartment rental
The apartment building is new, built from scratch, consisting of three apartments, and meticulously decorated by an interior designer following our concept of comfort and luxury—a new approach we want to introduce to vacation rentals.
It is fully equipped, facilitating long-term stays (as it has all the equipment and amenities typically found in a permanent, high-end home).
The Space
The apartment is a 155-square-meter triplex (140 square meters in the apartment and a 15-meter terrace for the exclusive use of the suite apartment), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to combine three concepts we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- A sense of local belonging.
It comprises an entrance hall, living room, dining room for eight people, and a separate kitchen. It comprises three double bedrooms, one of which is a penthouse suite with a private terrace with sun loungers for two and an electric roof. It also features two bathrooms (one for the exclusive use of the suite bedroom).
All floors have air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers, and each bedroom has a plasma TV/TV with Internet access.

- Street parking:
Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Free all day on weekends and holidays.
We also defined as a benchmark for this STUPENDO space the need for all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.

This apartment was fantastic, as was the host. I should have done a little more research though. Because it was a little further away. You know, from the main attractions than I thought.Just because there's so many one way streets, it takes longer than I expected to drive to many locations. The host was very accommodating. Though, and let us drop our luggage off early, it was easy to get In-N-Out and I don't know He had great recommendations for local restaurants in places two buy some groceries today and things.

Apartment was beautifully appointed and a lovely landing spot for us after a long day of travel. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have much time to explore the neighborhood due to the weather. I somehow missed that the there are four flights of stairs - not an issue for us but would be for anyone with significant luggage and/or mobility limitations. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

Nice place but multiple flights of stairs that we weren't warned about.
Parking for a 7 seater was advised to owner but when we got there - wasted an hour and a half to locate a spot that would fit the large car.
Owner and car park attendant did their best but doesn't take away from the hassle
