The stay was amazing
Rooms are great with good view and the breakfast has a good spread
Housekeeping needs to be more focused as they are kinda laidback

The heated pool is not heated at all
The barman were not at the bar
They don’t give you clean towels everyday
Our first day there they never made our room up even after asking reception they still didn’t do it
Our bath soap was barely filled almost nothing in
They don’t even give you shampoo and conditioner

We had an horrible experience. We arrived a bit early and were waiting for the room to be ready for checkin. The checkin time is 2:00 and we honestly didn’t mind waiting till 2:00, but the staff kept telling us the room will be available in a bit but even at 2:30 it wasn’t. We wasted more than half of our day because of it. If they had let us known earlier, we would have planned our day accordingly. Even after the delayed checkin the room wasn’t clean. We stayed for 4 nights and they never replenished the coffee / water / towel supplies. The reception doesn’t answer calls. The service is pathetic. We asked for packed breakfast as we had to leave early on our checkout day, and guess what, it was the same nonsense all over again. We went to collect our packed food and it wasn’t there. They made us wait for 20 mins and later discovered the reception never passed on our request slip to the restaurant. If you are reading this I highly recommend you to find alternates. The property is big and rooms are spacious, but that doesn’t compensate for the terrible service.
