Great location, very friendly and helpful hosts, clean and quirky apartment, only spoiled a bit by strange smell in bath

Everything was great apart from two things which unfortunately were pretty major. The bathroom had a bad smell (and the door was stuck and took a lot of effort even to get in). Also the Internet didn't work in the bedroom - like, at all.

Great flat, stressful deposit

Great location - 2 mins walk from the metro, and lots of e-bikes parked nearby. Cute and cosy flat, with all the facilities we needed. Relatively spacious for a Paris flat too.

Mainly the deposit, which is significant. It is £1,500 (three times the price of our stay) - I managed to reduce it to £500. It took me a whole month to get my money back - other hosts do it in a day or a week. You have to use a strange system, which has really bad reviews online - they don't allow others - and there are no ts & cs about the circumstances where you do/don't get your money back. There was also quite a lot of dust on the shelves, which made its way onto our clothes.

L'unica nota positiva Dell appartamento è il letto che è comodo

L'appartamento si presenta sporco e pieno di polvere. Dal bagno proveniva puzza di fogna, inoltre la doccia per poterla utilizzare bisognava tenere il getto d'acqua al minimo se no allagava il bagno. L'appartamento a primo impatto è molto vissuto e i mobili ne risentono. Il letto si trova al piano inferiore (credo che in precedenza fosse una cantina) dove l'umidità era impressionante.
