Quiet refuge in the midst of Santa Monica. 30-foot hedge provides privacy and noise protection from the street. Perfect for a family, a couple, or roommates to share. Plenty of outdoor space to relax and for your four-legged friend to enjoy =)
Ishihara Park right across the street with a community garden, citrus trees where you can pick your own lemons and limes, and a well designed playground.

We stayed here for 5 weeks from mid Feb through mid March. While the house itself is charming, the area wasn't really all that walkable. Not generally an issue for us, as while in L.A., we behaved like all locals, and drove everywhere anyway. The house felt secure, with a locked gate up front, and a gated driveway out back. They had a giant container of Bustelo coffee and accoutrements that served us well through our entire stay, and that was much appreciated. We had some issues, as it was quite cold at the start of our stay, and the doggie door let all that cold air into the house. Took care of that myself in a very non permanent but functional way. Had some other issues with the not-so-smart-lock on arrival, but Allen the host was very responsive to this, and any other minor issues that arose over our long stay.

My family of three and pets stayed at Allen's place for four months during the renovation of our own home. The location is great for west side living, but also very easy to get on the 10 and 405 to go elsewhere. The property is very private with a gated drive, tall hedges and a gated front. The house is beautifully designed. It could use a bit of maintenance, but all in all we had a lovely stay. Allen is friendly and accommodating and was easy to contact and quick to resolve any issues that arose.
