Très bel appartement parfaitement situé à Santa Monica. Immeuble sécurisé par un gardien. Parking souterrain fermé. Machine à café nespresso. Hôtesse très à l'écoute et disponible en cas de problème.
Difficulté à utiliser le lave vaisselle : l'eau arrive mais la vaisselle n'est pas lavée, il faut tout refaire à la main. Système de machine à laver le linge collective un peu compliqué à utiliser mais problème résolu par l'hôtesse. Pas de possibilité de gérer la température dans le logement.

Das Appartement liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage, in die Tiefgarage geht es über den Aufzug. Verlässt man das Gebäude über die Lobby, dann muss man nur über die Straße gehen und kommt zum 100te Meter breiten weißen Santa-Monica-Beach. Nach links geht es fußläufig in 30min nach Venice-Beach, nach links in 15min zum Santa-Monica-Pier. Mit dem Auto kommt man (für LA-Verhältnisse) vergleichsweise schnell zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten LAs. Perfekt, wenn man abends nach dem LA-Trip entspannen will.

Location is absolutely ideal
No A/C which meant apartment was boiling hot. The general cleanliness wasn’t very good either. Also, people in the building implied the building was residential and we shouldn’t have been staying there as guests.
