Renovated old house, adjoining the owner's residence, located in the countryside. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, shower room/WC, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Wi-Fi. Private 100 m² area with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared landscaped grounds of 1500 m² and park with chickens and goats. Heating included.
