Single storey house in cul de sac, with 1 floor, large bright living room with fitted kitchen and exposed beams, sitting area and wood stove.
A lovely oak staircase up to 3 bedrooms, a double room, a twin room and a bunk bedroom.
On the ground floor, a separate bathroom and toilet.
Garden (bordered by a hedge side street, overlooking woodland to the rear of the property), terrace. Old bread oven.
Parking for 2-3 cars.
NB: The property has also been refreshed this year. Refrigerator and new TVs
Between countryside and sea, Viverie is located 5km from the Mauxfaits Moutiers, 15 km from Longeville sur Mer and 20km from La Tranche. The house is also just 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Nantes.
The area is relaxing and family activities or friends.
You can try your hand at tree climbing at Indian Forest just outside Moutiers. You can also visit the many floral parks, castles and museums with throughout the region. Taste the local wine from Mareuil in the Yon valley.
You can also easily make a getaway on the island of Re or Noirmoutier for the day, visit the Sables d'Olonne and organize a shopping trip in La Roche sur Yon.
Finally, the region is full of flea markets, garage sales and village festivals during the summer season. No doubt you'll find your happiness.

très bonne semaine passé à la Viverie, maison accueillante et propre, réveille par le chant du coq, beaucoup de chose à faire aux alentours, maison dans une impasse donc pas déranger par la circulation (appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge).
Remarques : des rideaux occultant dans la chambre parentale et sécuriser les escalier (barrière) serait un plus !
Nous gardons l'adresse !

Vous avez envie d'une maison calme dans un coin de France agréable ? Cette maison est pour vous alors !
Nous y avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable et reposant, proche de la mer mais sans l'agitation de la côte, c'était parfait ! La maison est conviviale et agréable à vivre, propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Et le cadre champêtre est particulièrement propice au repos.... En ce sens d'ailleurs, la "déconnexion" de la maison (pas de Wifi ni de réseau pour les portables) est un plus particulièrement appréciable pour toute la famille ! Nous avons savouré les soirées sous les étoiles (peu de lumières parasites, quel bonheur !), les repas sur la terrasse, l'absence de moustiques, le calme absolu du hameau, et la proximité malgré tout de la plage (20 minutes de route). Et n'oublions pas au passage de saluer Manue et son accueil sympathique...
De plus, la région regorge de choses sympas à visiter (les dolmens, la Rochelle, le Marais Poitevin...il y en a pour tous les goûts) !
Bref, voilà une bonne adresse pour des vacances reposantes ! Nous ne connaissions pas le Vendée, mais ça donne envie d'y retourner !
