Come and stay in this lovely house for your next holiday in Longeville-sur-Mer. You can accommodate up to six people, ideal for enjoying time with family or friends.
Designed for your comfort, you will appreciate this colourful and spacious house with a garden and terrace to enjoy the fine weather. A barbecue and an electric plancha will make your meals delightful.
Located just 2.5 km from the large Conches beach, you can enjoy a refreshing swim or take surf lessons to have fun all summer long.
Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the living area with, initially, the lounge and dining corner, as well as the kitchen opening onto the room. Fully equipped, you will find an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.
A mezzanine is available with a convertible sofa bed for two additional beds, as well as a television that can only be used to watch DVDs.
On the rooms side, in addition to the mezzanine, you will find a first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a second with two single beds (90x190). There are also two bathrooms available, each with a hairdryer.
For greater comfort, a washing machine, an iron and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach are at your disposal. For parking, you have one space in the garage and another available just in front. You have the possibility to store up to six bicycles in the garage.
