We had a lovely stay and would be very happy to return. Friendly and responsive communications too.
The villa was modern and clean, aircon was great! We enjoyed the outdoor space very much. Quiet location with easy access to a supermarket.
The third bedroom guest had to use an ensuite belonging to another bedroom, but not a problem for us as we were a family group. Nowhere to hang coats downstairs.

Exceptional
Fabulous in every way. Stunning property, great facilities. We hired a car as it isn’t in walking distance to the town with two small children but this wasn’t an issue. It was perfect.

Amazing, relaxing week in a beautifully presented villa!
We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was very high quality, big, spacious and spotless. The pool and garden was great. The villa was in a quiet area and it was around a 25 min walk into Rovinj. We only hired a car for 2 days. Communication in the run up to the stay was great, and the owner came to see us on the last day, and very kindly gave us some Croatian wine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

This is a fabulous house, very spacious with great facilities and a lovely garden with pull.
The house was superb, plenty of space, really well equipped with a lovely garden and pool. It was in very safe area with a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and other shop which was very convienient. There were also a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The host were great, very good communication from start to finish and quick to solve any problems. We woul definately recommend and go back
Really not the owners fault however there is some building going on which you could hear in the garden at times although was not a big issue and didnt impact our stay

Alles war super, auch die Kommunikation prima. Als die AC nicht ging, wurde sofort ein Techniker geschickt um diese zu reparieren. Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt
