The 60m² apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate three persons. The hallway provides in bedroom and access to the bathroom. The spacious living room-kitchen has access to a large terrace has a roof and it is a part where you can eat always.
The apartment is 60m2 and furnished with wooden rustic and exotic furniture. The bedroom has a double bed dimensions 160/200 and bed for one person measuring 90/200. Room golden yellow color with a balcony suitable for two people. The kitchen / living room is modern furnished in dark red tone. There is a bed if third person does not want to sleep in the room. From the kitchen there is access to a spacious covered terrace where your meals regardless of time. In the hallway closet. Also the exit to the terrace for drying wet Bathrooms is spacious and designed with special taste
The villa is surrounded by a park full of flowering trees and flowers that create a pleasant shade in summer. The park is part of the kiwi below that at the request of guests used to grill. front there is parking for 5 vehicles. The road is one-way and no traffic. The owners have a mooring in the bay 150 meters away from the villa.

The beaches in Banjole are partly rocky and partly gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, it is not hard to find a shady place. Most of the houses in Banjole are 50 to 100 m away from the sea. Banjole is a perfect choice for everyone: for young people who are looking for fun (not in Banjole but in nearby towns such as Medulin, Pula) as well as for middle aged people who are looking for a peaceful vacation - there are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes, and still you have everything you need. If you like sport, you can choose between many sport activities. We recommend the famous diving centre and there is a yachting club which will soon be completed so it will be an excellent destination for sailing and navigation enthusiasts.
