The unit was exactly as described. Great location and property

The property was very clean and well-equipped.

The AC system and the dishwasher probably need to be updated. The master bedroom sheets kept coming off the mattress.

Overall we had a very good experience in the South Seas Tower 4 but there were some disappointments. On the plus side, the location is very good having access directly to the beautiful beach and all supermarkets, restaurants etc. are within a 5/10 minute drive. The 7th floor (of 19) had very good panoramic views of the beach. The pool was clean and safe with a lifeguard and generally sunbeds were available. Security is good to access the property and all access points require keys. The AC performed well. Kitchen had all appliances needed with a very large fridge. Cable TV was available with many channels and the Wifi was very good. Reasonably spacious with great views of the sea from a nice balcony. Master bedroom has a nice queen bed and plenty of storage for clothes etc. Each room has its own en suite with bath and shower. Going North along the Beach takes you to Tigertail which has excellent shelling and views. It also has a bird sanctuary and early in the morning it has wonderful sights of flocks of seabirds.

On the negative side, the property is dated in its decor and fit out. The beds were uncomfortable and the AC is loud. There was no kettle at the property but there is one now!The Tower 4 car park was not available during our stay and so we had to hike from the Tower 3 car park. If you're a smoker you'll find only one point thats available which is 400 yards outside down the road. No smoking allowed elsewhere (even though there was an ashtray on the balcony!). The hike to the seafront takes 15 minutes across the sand. If you want to go North along the beach for shells etc., do not wade across the lagoon as there's a danger you'll fully submerge. The lifeguard at the pool is somewhat draconian! There are only a few umbrellas. Remember the security code for access to the building as some doors do not use the keys provided. When we arrived we were charged $200 service fee before keys would be given.
