About this villa rental
The villa consists of 2 units (for exclusive use only = I rent the entire property to one group at a time), nestled in two acres of beautiful greenery with a private swimming pool and one-seat whirlpool. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, it welcomes well-mannered pets (the property is fenced) and it offers private parking on its grounds. The villa offers silence and total privacy, it is just a few minutes drive from Porto Rotondo (5kms), and 10 kms from Golfo Aranci.

The two units are organized this way:
- Unit 1: a kitchen that opens up on a big veranda overlooking the pool. 2 bedrooms, 1 big living room with a little fire place, 1 bathroom with shower stall
- Unit 2: a cute living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with a small shower stall.
- There is an additional service room on the side of unit 1, in the garden area, with a washing machine and a tumbler.
- In March 2023, it was installed a professional anti-mosquito misting system, surrounding the two units, the garden, the veranda and the pool.
The swimming pool is located a few steps away from the veranda, surrounded by a spacious and beautiful garden. The garden offers an open shower stall on the side of the pool area, a separated seating area with sofas and outdoor big umbrella and a wood fired oven to bake bread, pizzas or other meals. The wood fired oven cannot be used during June-September months because of natural reserve restrictions.
Wifi with download speeds higher than 50 Mbps is available on the property.
Possibility of daily cleaning service on request at € 10/hour
Possibility of babysitting (languages spoken English, Spanish and German).

Siamo stati benissimo ottima posizione a 5 min in macchina da porto rotondo casa un po' datata ma tenuta molto bene ottima per passare una vacanza in tranquillità. Proprietario moto disponibile e collaboratori ottimi.
Torneremo anche l anno prossimo.
