The Residence has a nice common pool in hectares of bush and a step from the famous beach of Ira Beach.
Recently renovated , this house consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground level and 1 bedroom with twin beds. On the mezzanine a double bed in an open space facing the living room Outdoor seats for 8 under a large covered terrace where you can enjoy an alfresco dining, with characteristic rocks formation and tropical threes, and a partial seaview on the Ira Beach.
The beach are very close too, and is one of the most beautiful and famous in Sardinia . Private parking in the fenced area for 2 cars. It is a quiet area away from the crowd, where you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort.

L unica vera pecca e’ la mancanza della lavastoviglie. L arredo delle camere e’ un po’ datato, i bagni solo 2 anziché 3. Comunque ha una posizione ottima, pochi minuti a piedi e si arriva in spiaggia . Giardino curato , patio molto bello e funzionale. Giudizio totale più che positivo!
