We were accidentally checked in to the wrong room which created a situation where our room code wouldn’t work. Management worked everything out to our satisfaction and we enjoyed our stay.

Read quite a bit of mixed reviews about the property but thought I would give this place a try. Wish I would have chosen differently.
Cons:
Not sure if this is common for Myrtle Beach but we experienced a lot of “strange smells” from many different areas. Not a fan of pot smokers smoking from their balcony on a property that is listed as “non smoking.” Many times we smelled smoke (both tobacco and pot) as well as when we were around the pool. Brought up to front desk and they did their best but felt the strict enforcement of the “non smoking” property definitely lacked.
The property itself is very dated and could use some upgrades. Our unit was nice and clean. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the property.
Pros:
Unit was ready when promised
Beach is close, gorgeous view from balcony. Unit is on 19th floor out of 21. Great to have an end unit.
Daily breakfast was great, no complaints.
Free mini golf
Coupons to area attractions were nice. Not everyone receives free admission so read fine print.
Overall:
Would not stay at this property again. Have stayed at a Vacasa property twice now and not sure if I would again. Their property’s seem to be lacking with upkeeps and both times we have had not so great experiences.
