The property was just as described in the listing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. It took us a day to realize someone had closed the air vent in the living room, but once we opened it, the entire condo was nice and cool. The condo has had some updates, but its former life shines through in a few places. Overall, great for our few-day trip to the beach.

No complaints about the property itself, everything was very nice and clean and organized. Entry process was very easy and views were nice.The only small draw back was it being on the 3rd floor, tough getting bags, etc ...up the stairs.

My fiance and I decided to spend our 6 year anniversary trip at this property. Overall the photos looked great online. We were mostly interested in the hot tub and pool area and were excited to go.One complaint we have is that there were a lot of kids (specifically several teenage girls) taking up the entire hot tub and lots of other kids in the pool. We were really wanting a "no kids" type experience and we were frustrated at how many there were.Unfortunately, due to the upcoming hurricane Beryl, we were unable to really enjoy the property and were instructed to evacuate early. All that said, the property management was very amenable to this and refunded us for the rest of our stay with no questions asked. We appreciate that.Overall, I would visit this property again but maybe during a weekend that isn't as busy as to avoid all the kids.
