Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.
All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Very surprised, came in with the impression that there were no ocean views but we got into our room and was so surprised to see that we had a side veiw of the ocean!! I was nervous reading the other reviews but when i arrived i was blown away. BEST beach hotel we have stayed at hands down!!!!!!!! Breakfast was AWESOME

Room is exactly as pictured. It faces a building but also you can see the ocean from your balcony. It was super clean and it smelled very good. The reason I gave it 4* is because the walls were thin and since it is two doors down the elevator you can hear everyone talking when you are sleeping. Also, the maintenance room is next door so when they go in very early in the morning there is a lot of noise. The pools need some updates. The breakfast at Magnolia on 26th was awesome. Very closed to everything, you can walk to a lot of restaurants if you want to. Broadway at the Beach is 10-15 minutes away(walking). The mini golf is across the street and it was fun. I would stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice large bathroom. They give you free breakfast cards for the restaurant across the street which was fantastic. Perfect location and right on the beach. We will be back!

Two day stay didn’t have any cleaning. Parking is hassle and the rooms aren’t that great. In general you can stay if the total price is two digits and get oceanfront
