Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.
All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Property was well maintained, easy access to the beach, staff was friendly. Breakfast @ Magnolia on 26th was phenomenal. Will stay again if available.

This a basic hotel room. Nothing more. It's clean, beds are comfy, short walk to the beach. Parking sucks, but it's the beach! Free breakfast buffet just across the road.

This was appropriate for being on a budget. The bad- But when we came in, the handle to the patio was broken. When we went to close the door, it broke even more resulting in a minor cut to my hand. Cut was no biggie but front desk is definitely not pleasant or compassionate. They did have maintenance come and fix but didn’t have a handle causing it to be super annoying to close each time. Shower was awful, didn’t get hot, no water pressure, and was dingy looking. Sink hardly drained due to suction from stopper being too strong even open. For the 2 nights we were there, 3 out of 4 front desk people were unpleasant.
The good- right off the beach. Easy access to beach and pools. Loved being on first floor. Parking was easy. Pools were fine. 2 of the 3 were heated. 3rd was good temp too. Great price. Liked the coupons they offer. Took advantage of a dolphin tour that was amazing. Check out was easy. Checkout lady was surprisingly nice considering her counterparts.
Was it the worst? No, for the money, it was fine. Would I stay again? No.
