Lovely house but needs some attention to detail to make it brilliant!

Lovely pool and nice location. Spacious house good for entertaining. Good wifi.

Only 1 towel each per person for a 4 night stay even after asking a few times didn't materialise. No hand towels or swimming towels which we found strange as house has pool and a sauna. Gowns were provided which was a nice surprise. Dishwasher broken and coffee machine broken and not fixed or replaced during our stay despite requesting it. One pillow pp provided. Smoke alarm was finally disconnected (1hr later) due to faulty connection by pleasant young man.

Apart from the minor clean and very small maintenance to be done the stay was fantastic and close to lots of attractions

We loved the pool for the kids Sauna was a massive hit for us adults too The size of the place/garden was/is perfect for family’s

We felt I could of been a little cleaner, smoke alarms didn’t work and a couple of lamps didn’t work either. But other than that it was a lovely place

Beautiful house, lovely area, would definitely recommend

The house is lovely, with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lovely furnishings and very clean. The house has everything you need for your stay. The sauna was great. We didn't get to use the pool as we stayed in late October, but it's a good size and would be lovely in the summer months. The grounds are also very nice, really well kept and with everything you need, from outdoor furniture to patio heaters, barbeque and lots more. The area is close to Bruges, only 10 minutes from the centre of the old town by car or bus, about a 20 minute cycle. The area is great for cycling, lots of very scenic routes. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply Amazing

The house is roomy and really well equipped situated in a great location. The host is friendly and the welcome package with local beers and ice cream was a welcome surprise. There is also a nice collection of tourist information and some games to play inside and outside of the house

No fault of the host that our stay was too short and went over too quickly :)

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Alles ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Kontakt ist auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Slechte service en verhuurder was moeilijk tot niet bereikbaar. 1 handdoek per persoon voor 8 dagen. Was slecht schoon gemaakt. Was op de site niet niet goed aangegeven dat je door slaapkamer van andere gasten naar de douche moest.

Zwembad was niet toegankelijk alhoewel ze me gemeld hadden dat deze wel toegankelijk en verwarmd zou zijn.

Ruim huis met fijne faciliteiten

Zeer ruim en compleet huis met riante tuin en mooi uitzicht over de velden. Het huis beschikt over fijne faciliteiten met o.a. een verwarmd zwembad met bijgeleverde badjassen. Het overdekte gedeelte van de tuin mét terrasverwarming is een grote plus, zeker als het weer niet meezit. Er is ook een saunaruimte met aparte douche. Hebben wij niet gebruikt, maar zag er keurig en compleet uit. Het huis ligt in Vivienkapelle, onderdeel van de gemeente Damme. Je hebt een auto nodig om Damme (of Brugge) te bereiken. Damme zelf is een leuk stadje en bestaat vooral uit restaurants. Er zit ook een VVV (met klein museum) waar vanuit wandelingen starten. Net buiten Damme is ook een natuurbezoekerscentrum met wandelmogelijkheden. Supermarkten (in Sijsele) op zo’n 10 min afstand met de auto vanaf het huis. In het huis zelf, wat we verder zeer comfortabel vonden, zijn sommige zaken wat ouder en hebben zichtbare gebruikssporen (de deuren en het kitwerk van de douches bij de slaapkamers zijn bijvoorbeeld aan vervanging toe). De eigenaren zijn niet aanwezig bij aankomst, maar verwelkomen je met koud bier uit de streek in de zeer ruime koelkast. De bedden zijn al opgemaakt bij aankomst en schone handdoeken ruim aanwezig. Ook is er een uitgebreid assortiment aan folders en boekjes voor activiteiten in de omgeving beschikbaar.
