Es war fast alles da wie beschrieben bis auf eine Waschmaschine aber das war nicht schlimm. Schön eingerichtet. Empfehle es weiter.
Wenn man auf den Balkon ist merkt man das gegen über in Fenster eine Kamera auf uns gerichtet war. Da kommt man sich beobachtet vor von Nachbarn gegenüber.

Die Wohnung/der Balkon ist in den Innenhof hinein, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist (bis auf die Enge) super in dieser sehr belebten Gegend.
Die Einrichtung - vor allem das Bad - ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. D.h. vieles geht nicht mehr so richtig sauber zu machen. Z.B. hat der Duschvorhang einen sehr unschönen gelben Rand unten.

Wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben. Toller ruhiger Hinterhof, lässt vom Trubel drum herum nichts ahnen.

Die kleine Louise war ein Traum für uns. Sehr ruhige Lage (Balkon zum grünen Hinterhof) und trotzdem vorn zur Türe raus und mittendrin..mega. Ausstattung, alles was das Herz begehrt. Können es nur empfehlen und kommen wieder.
Die Matratze, könnte mal gewechselt werden, hatte Mulden.
