The location was perfect for me as it was 3 mins away from the place of my business meetings. In general the location is pretty central and within walking distance to the city center. The room was in an old town building with high ceilings and beautiful features from the mid-1800s. I booked the cheapest room in the building and my shower room was in the corridor, but it was my personal shower room. There was also an ensuite toilet in the room. I think all the other rooms in the building have full ensuite bathrooms. The room was clean and warm. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
Free WiFi was rather slow, it was difficult to use, so I used my roaming instead. This is the only problem I've had with this property.

Everything, they have fridge and private shower in the room, very comfortable, central, and nice service.

For the price, everything was 10/10. The host was accommodating to my extension due to a late flight.
I wish it was clear that the bathroom was outside and not private but it was clean and always available.

Le piercot has spacious rooms in a lovely house near the Philharmonie de Liège. It's halfway between the Station an the City centre, both accessible with the great nee tram. The rooms are comfortable and you can make tea or coffee, and even do warmups. Very good for exploring the city and the owner also has a list with personally selected good addresses. Although communication is mostly via mail (via booking), le piercot has a personal feel. I have been here before and Woolf use it again!
The pillow was a little hard.

The room is very spacious and has everything needed. I also like the aethetics in the furniture and lighting, very cozy. The hotel is not directly at the city center, but the distance is very walkable. The street of the hotel is more silent, and my room faces a large green walking area directly. Overall very happy with the hotel. I would stay here again when I come back to Liege.
Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Piercot is a beautiful townhouse, which retains traces of its past glory. The location is superb, in a nice safe part of the city, very close to the centre and to a tram station. My room was friendly, very large, very quiet, very dark at night, too, Good lighting, good seating, good working space, Convenient shower with good towels. Much attention given to the guest's well-being: refrigerator, ventilator, cookies and teas, good books, extensive information about the city and its surroundings, etc. A perfect place for a short or long stay.
Nothing for the price. But this is inexpensive accommodation. Do not sit violently on the bed; it hurts.
Contrary to what is mentioned on Booking.com, it is possible to check in at any time at night (self-check-in with a safety box for the keys).

Free WiFi and location was perfect for us as there for a competition over the river.
-Tiny toilet
-Beds made from pallets and caught our legs a few times.
-Upon return we have been hit with a €400+ parking fee as we parked in the street and paid at the meter as told by the owner.
Turns out that parking is only for residents.
So do not park in the street.

Wonderful and clean room with everything you could need. The host, Joelle, was very kind and responsive. The location of the property was also great, being only a few doors down from the Philharmonic Hall. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Liège.

Location, host, price
Design of the bathroom is not good, there is almost no space to sit properly on the toilet seat. It was very difficult to use the toilet seat.

I really love the location because how easy it is to wake up and travel because of the bus stop outside of the door. I also love the rooms because they are really well kitted out with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle etc. I will definitely be staying here again when I have to return to Liège.

The location was very convenient for our purpose of stay this time. There were several restaurants and stores at walking distance. It was so lovely that the owner left us some cookies and coffee for the arrival. The first day, the door nob of the bathroom fell off but the owner came to fix it right away! The self check-in system works wonderfully and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The dedicated area for a desk was an extra nice feature. The internet speed was not bad but it tends to be slow during the evening. Overall, it worked just fine. It would be ideal for 2-3 days of short trip.
The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and it was also very cold. Also, the towels were half dry with funny smell and they were rough. It would have been easier if there were a switch to the bathroom light close to the door or on the wall in the living room. The shower door has some worn rubber with gap and water leaks from the door while showering. It would have been nice to have an extra toilet paper. Our room was facing to the main street and depends on the day, it was quite noisy but tolerable to sleep with ear plugs. For a lady, the most challenge is to use hair dryer or hair iron as there is no plug in the bathroom which is the only place with a mirror.

It is next to the music school. I was happy to hear the students.
The high seats were a little awkward if you're not young.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean accommodation. Shower was excellent. Bed comfortable. Coffeemaker was good but I didn't use the fridge or the microwave.
No TV! The only minus for me.

Location was good for us. Clean. Simple.
Needs more local info on places to eat that you can walk to. No one to ask questions of.

The place is a 15 minute walk from the Liege-Guillemins station. The room was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth without any hassles. The building is in a great location. Overall, it was a great stay.
The bed was a bit stiff but nothing too bad. Manageable.

Le Piercot is a very private and quiet place to stay. Ideally located to shops, restaurants and train station Thank you from Claire and Michael Ireland.
