Apartments Harfa

The apartment had a modern, stylish design and an excellent location right next to Arena Shopping Mall. It was also very well connected, with easy access to both trams and the metro.

The pillows were worn out and should be replaced, which affected sleeping comfort. There were also not enough towels provided for two guests, with only three large towels and one small towel available.

Super helpful property manager. Great apartment very close to conference facility so very convenient.

The curtains didn't fit the window so the light can in.

Many ammenities to use - iron, washing machine, hair dryer… Very close to the tram stop Ocelářská and to the O2 Arena.

It looked like an unfinished apartment. There were many things missing - toilet paper holder, a shower shelf, sharp knives in the kitchen, kitchen towels, there wasn’t a single decoration. The shower door barely works. Also we missed recycling bins. We didn’t like that it was a building with full time residents, it wasn’t advertised as one and we’d prefer something more like a hotel, we don’t support airbnb and so taking up space from locals. And the main point of our disappointment was the uncleanliness. There were spiderwebs (one of them with spider included), the shower was very dirty and dust everywhere.
