A perfect stay, made exceptional by an exceptional host.

Maurice is a fantastic host who warmly welcomed us and provided all the information we needed to feel at home in his studio. The studio was very clean and equipped with everything one might need. A couple of cold beers and bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge , such a thoughtful touch. There was clear and detailed written information, both about how to use the appliances in the apartment and about nearby sights and attractions. Maurice even offered us free transport to museums in nearby towns we had planned to visit. The air conditioning was absolutely priceless in the 35-degree heat. And when it was time to leave and hand back the keys, he surprised us with freshly baked croissants .What a lovely farewell! It’s a joy to know there are still hosts like Maurice, who truly do their work with heart. Thank you so much, Maurice!

An amazing and charming place with an outstanding host, Maurice

We loved the attention that the host Maurice puts into every detail. He was always there for us even from before we arrived to the apartment. We had a problem with our flights and he was really helpful to offer a solution. He has a self made book in different languages about all the interesting places and things to do in Cote d'Azur and also recommends activities and things to do during your stay. Maurice was available on WhatsApp for any doubt we had at all times. Regarding our stay. We particularly loved the garden of the apartment. We had breakfast every morning and the peaceful feeling that we felt in Vallauris listening to the birds singing is priceless. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short or longer stay and was very clean. It also has a private parking lot if you have a rental car which was our case. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

oh my god - where do i start - where do i end - i went for work, for the festival in cannes advertising - and Maurice - is Marvellous - I think Im in love. He met me, there is nothing that he has not thought of that you might need. Every small detail is there, the place is a perfectly cosy studio flat with a gorgeous garden with all the fresh herbs you could dream of.. Everything worked perfectly and I had all that i needed. But most of all Monsieur Maurice - Mon Amore - I was alone there - to launch my new business - and he offered to help me every day like a gallant Prince Charming - He is now one of my most favourite people in the world and I hope i get to stay with him every year I go to cannes - its a short trip to cannes by taxi should be around 15 eurso or so - beautiful rides home in the early morning and even better ones with Maurice in the afternoons as I headed to the different functions - Maurice Mon Amore - you are the most wonderful host I have ever encountered - thank you merci = for the douillt de calme you have made = you are magic <3

Magnificent

I had the most incredible time staying at Jasmins Studio! As a solo traveller, I have to keep conscious of budget but also wary about where I stay! Maurice and his beautiful studio more than exceeded my expectations! Not only did it have everything I could ever need (including a washing machine), but it was also a lovely space in a great location, close to the supermarket and station! Maurice was a fantastic host, and incredible tour guide and just extremely kind. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay at the amazing Jasmins Studio!

Heel fijn en gezellig studiootje met privé parkeerplaats! Achter de hoek kun je de bus nemen en op 20min ben je in Cannes. De eigenaar maurice is een heel vriendelijk man die alles uitlegt en ook een heel groot boek heeft met alle bezienswaardigheden. Vandaaruit zijn we overal naartoe kunnen gaan van cannes tot Monaco en saint tropez. Bij ons vertrek stond Maurice klaar met heerlijke boterkoeken echt een heel lieve man. We komen zeker nog terug.

Niets op aan te merken alles is daar perfect

Soggiorno molto bello

L’host Maurice è molto attento e gentile su tutto. Ci ha accolti con entusiasmo e lo stesso alla partenza. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma dotato di ogni comfort. Non manca davvero nulla, dall’igiene per la persona al kit di primo soccorso. Una chicca è il giardino con il tavolino per i pranzi e le cene. Molto comodo il parcheggio assegnato.

Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Jasmins Studio. Maurice est un hôte exceptionnel : accueillant, attentif et plein de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Ses conseils pour les visites et les bonnes adresses nous ont permis de découvrir la région de la meilleure façon. Le studio est très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Encore un grand merci à Maurice pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement !

Favoloso monolocale dotato di tutto ciò che può servire sia per un breve periodo che per uno lungo. Nel cuore della Costa Azzurra, si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di interesse in meno di un’ora. Nelle vicinanze e raggiungibili a piedi supermercato e ristoranti. La cura che il signor Maurice mette in tutto quello che ha preparato per rendere il nostro soggiorno favoloso e’ a dir poco eccezionale .. sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere e cosa fare, prezioso davvero ! Abbiamo viaggiato molto con Booking ma stavolta è stata la migliore in assoluto

Un halte très agréable et pratique, un hôte adorable, un studio petit et confortable, c'est top!

Très joli studio, bien aménagé et fonctionnel avec des objets pleins de charme, une bonne climatisation indispensable par la canicule extérieure, une machine à laver, une salle de bain très propre et agréable, une bonne douche, un jardinet petit mais très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou un repas, un hôte adorable et précis qui vous donne mille indications sur les activités possibles, les bons restaurants, etc. Et uhe place de parking privé réservée, ce qui est très facile pour qui arrive en voiture à Vallauris. Une très belle halte!

Le matelas du canapé-lit est un peu mou, mais cela dépend des goûts...

Maurice ist super nett und geht sehr persönlich auf einen ein. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine Küche inkl. Utensilien, eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln, Wasserkocher, sowie einen Abstellraum.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, vor allem, wenn das Bett ausgezogen ist. Es gibt nur eine Schlafcouch und keinen normalen Tisch im Inneren.

Vacances superbe au plus près de Cannes et d'Antibes.

Merci beaucoup à Maurice pour son accueil chaleureux ! Le logement est idéalement situé proche des commerces de proximité (boulangerie boucherie Intermarché pharmacie etc) et dispose d'un parking privé dans la résidence, ce qui est un énorme point fort ! Dans le logement, tout y est ! Des produit d'entretiens au papier toilettes en passant par un parasol de plage, du sel/poivre etc, Maurice à penser à tout pour que vous puissiez arriver les mains vides. Il nous à également beaucoup aider en nous partageant ces astuces et les lieux à voir dans les environs. Nous avons passez de superbes vacances sans contraintes notamment grâce à lui. Il est de plus disponible à la moindre questions ou interrogations. Bref c'était parfait. A bientôt Maurice.

Un séjour très agréable

Le logement est bien situé, la résidence est calme et votre véhicule y disposera d'un emplacement sécurisé très appréciable. Maurice est extrêmement serviable, constamment aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Il est disponible et a pensé à tout pour qu'on se sente "comme à la maison", du cabas pour faire les courses au classeur très bien achalandé en idées précieuses pour découvrir la région et en infos pratiques.
