Kuru Resort

La location immersa nel verde é unica e impagabile. La vicinanza della nostra suite al lago era proprio quello che cercavamo. La suite é bellissima, un finestrone da cinema. Sauna in camera ottima per i nostri bagni freddi. La vista é meravigliosa (noi eravamo nella suite 25 e successivamente nella 20, entrambe TOP)

In alcuni casi lo staff dovrebbe essere più chiaro nei servizi. Esempio: non ci avevano detto che potevamo fare colazione lato kuru e ci hanno riferito solamente che potevamo farla lato Jarvisydän (scoperto l'ultimo giorno e abbiamo fatto l'ultima colazione al bar del kuru) . Per il resto ci sono stati piccoli inconvenienti in camera che hanno risolto immediatamente con semplicità

Huoneessa oli todella kuuma eikä ilmalämpöpumppu toiminut kunnolla. Lisäksi WC viemäristä tuli todella paha haju.

It was peaceful with nice walking trails and a lovely setting. The in-room sauna was great.

It's pretty isolated, there's really nothing close by so you're almost trapped. There's an excellent though expensive restaurant (Solitary) but outside that the food available is pretty limited, mostly burgers and the like and at a pretty high cost, and breakfast was exactly the same every day, not a single variation and not a good selection, but there's nowhere else to go so they have a captive audience and they seem to exploit it. It's a big site and the signage could do to be better. Overall we didn't rate it and couldn't recommend it.
