Bardzo duży apartament, ładnie urządzony, są dwie toalety, dostęp do pralki, wyposażona kuchnia, pomocni właściciele. Dobra lokalizacja. Dookoła dostępne bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe.
Przez to, że mieszkanie jest położone nieco poniżej wysokości gruntu, było dość ciemno.

Bardzo dobre wyposażenie obiektu.
Wchodzi się do mieszkania bezpośrednio z podwórka. My mieliśmy nieciekawą pogodę i z tego powodu na podwórku było błoto, które niestety wnosiliśmy do wnętrza.

Blízkost parku a Termálů. Vybavení pro 5 lidí dostačující.
Vchod ze dvorka, který je pískově prachový, takže se hodně nanosí do bytu. Vchod po dvou schodech v bytě dolů není pro méně pohyblivé lidi. Jelikož okna jsou do ulice a v přízemí, bylo by dobré dát všude zatemňovací závěsy nebo rolety.
