The views are spectacular, the location very quiet almost in the forest and close to a mountain path to the castle. The house was very clean and well equipped so nothing was really missing. Trash was segregated, the owners really care about their 3 houses.
Beds were very comfy.
The wooden stairs. Loud noise when walking on them so if you go to pee in the night you wake up everyone...
Genius level not applicable, as a result the price per night is excessively high. Almost 600pln per night... for that price you get a top room in the Palace Pakoszów. The views might justify it but if you stay with 6 people ( max amount) in the house to make it cheap it will get too crowded, uncomfortable and tight.

The view is something else.
The distance from the other cottages is just enough to afford privacy and quiet.
All amenities there like dishwasher, fridge....and a coffee machine!
Safe distance from the crowds at Karpacz and Jelenia Góra.
I especially liked the bbq, as a added bonus I'd suggest stacking some firewood or charcal for guests.
I'm a big guy so maybe a sturdier bed base.
I am curious how the heaters will work in full blown winter???

Waking up with the view makes this a special place. On top of that, the house is very clean, organized and located in a privileged place to explore the national park and the surrounding mountains. It is a perfect place for whom seeks for tranquility and serene beauty. Plus the owner is very helpful and is always there if something is needed. Unfortunately we had to leave...
