This place was great. Property is situated on a canal. We sat in the screened in porch during the morning and evening. Watch a dolphin and manatee swim by. Location is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed the history of the house. Property owners were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

We had many issues with this rental. Very musty on arrival.
Not the area as we expected, many unexpected trailers in area, plastic on windows downstairs, fridge did not cool after 3 days on high we did loose some food.
No storage space in kitchen full of old dish ware.
Floating dock needs work.
It did have its charm lots of new trow pillows that were needed on hard furniture, however if I had seen the old and dirty mattress cover before taking it off when leaving we would have never stayed.
