About this apartment rental

Perfect for monthly renters looking for a safe and comfortable condo in the Palm Springs area. Desert Princess is a gated community with full range of recreational activities including a 27-hole golf course, 36 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, and 9 pickle-ball courts.

PLEASE NOTE:
Monthly renters must sign rental agreement and provide valid government ID

Condo is is located on the 7th Green and just a few steps away to newly renovated heated pool. High speed WiFi internet, Cable, and Smart TV provide plenty of choices for entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE: The month of October golf course is closed for over-seeding. View the country club website to learn more about fees and booking for tennis and golf.

Nice one bedroom property on the 7th green. Easy access in gated community, nice walking paths, short trips to grocery, gas, other services. We will book again when our dates are available.
