About this apartment rental
This beautiful oceanfront studio condo on the 9th floor, of a 22 story building, facing the north is perfect for a couple, small family or a girls or guys getaway. The condo faces the beach and has amazing sunrise views. Sleeps a max of 4, there is a Queen bed under the window with amazing views of the ocean & sunrises plus a Queen sofa bed. There Is a fully stocked kitchen (for 4) The resort has 6 pools, including an indoor pool, a Lazy River with a pool & hot tub, and a kiddie pool, oceanfront bar & grill, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, playground. The resort is set up as a contactless system from the entry gate to the keyless entry at the unit.
Lazy river water park will open no later than April 1st
1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost
3) Tower outdoor pool is now OPEN along with the indoor hot tub & sauna, shower area, bathrooms
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool is open all year round
5) Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and grill: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 1130pm during summer.
There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No pets are allowed at the resort unless they are Service Registered, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bike weeks).
During spring/fall bikes weeks, motorcycles are allowed at no additional cost and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bike week dates.
During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle free.
Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets) We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.
The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)
The airport is a very easy Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.
We have someone on-site at the resort most every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.

Room was cute and very cozy. Property was nice just very spread out with where amenities where located but it made sense with all the buildings. Parking was a good ways away from our building. It wasn't bad just be prepared to walk alot. Overall it was very relaxing and the beach was awesome!

The studio condo was equipped with everything needed. The view was magical and i spent each morning on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and coffee. The decor was great. Pool was always crowded but enjoyable. There was a problem with my gate code and staff was understanding as well as the owner. My beach experience was wonderful and i enjoyed peaceful evenings on the balcony. Thank you!

This was the worst VRBO stay I have ever experienced. The host was so cold and removed in her responses to questions right from the beginning. The unit was cleaned on a level of the bare minimum and neglect in the cleaning and maintenance overall was obvious. There were dead bugs in the corners of the floor and in the sink. There was a pubic hair in the windowsill by the bed. The unit was 74 degrees when we arrived. We assumed it was partly because of the sun coming in through the windows/sliding doors. There were no blinds on the windows and the vertical blinds on the sliding door were broken so only one 5 inch panel would rotate to close. By the first morning, it was evident that the a/c was broken and I alerted the host, Diane. A very nice gentleman named Brent came to assess the problem and after blowing out the drain assumed it would begin to cool and was fixed. An hour later when the temp started to climb again, I again let Diane know and an HVAC company was sent and it was determined that the a/c needed replacement. Her idea of fixing the problem was to bring 2 fans and we could open the windows for the remaining 3 nights or move units but the new unit wouldn't be ready til the next morning so a 2nd night was to be spent in 82 degree misery. The 2nd unit was awesome with no complaints at all! Diane never once said she was sorry or showed any empathy whatsoever. She made it clear that the only compensation was to refund one night. I don't recommend this unit or host.
