About this cottage rental
Well maintained. All concrete drive. Laminate flooring. Modern kitchen with granite counter-tops and new appliances. Large shower. Master Room with ensuite full bathroom (tub/shower combo). New HVAC. New deck. Three private bedrooms, two full baths located in family-oriented gated community of Ocean Lakes. Front porch, large back deck with chairs, grill, and griddle. Free wifi. Living room has 60" flat screen cable smart TV, recliner sofa, and two chair recliners. Nautical decor. Open concept. Dining area with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot an Keurig, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink, pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, and dishes. Master bedroom has queen-size bed. Second bedroom has full-size bed and third bedroom has full size bunk beds on both levels. Central heat and air conditioning, lots of seating. Quiet atmosphere. Large lot sits on private stream. Ground-level home. Full concrete drive large enough for 2 vehicles plus golf cart. No sand! Shower off in the large outdoor private shower with hot water. Beautiful setting. Kept VERY CLEAN!
Minutes from beach by golf cart. Ocean Lakes is a highly-secured community on one mile of oceanfront with indoor and outdoor pools including a state of the art water park. Also, putt-putt, arcade, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, recreation center.

It usually runs at $15/night or discounted if you purchase at least 2 weeks before your trip. There is parking for 2 vehicles at this property. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Must explain your request in detail for us to discuss with you if the house will be a good fit for your needs.

We lost our original booking with another property and stumbled upon this property. Robin was easy to communicate with and quick with responsiveness. The property was clean and so nice. They provided everything we didn’t think to bring and even things we did bring. This home has it all!

Perfect for our little group. Everything was as described. One minor issue that the owners fixed quickly. Great communication before and during stay. Golf cart an awesome bonus.

The property itself was extremely clean, located in a great area, and felt like home. The decor was great and storage was utilized very effectively. Everything was labeled, so there were no questions about anything. We really enjoyed the golf cart rides at night. The property owners Dale and Robin are both awesome people. I felt like I had known them forever and could talk to them with ease. They were quick to respond to questions I had. The texts messages I received the day we were to arrive and the day we departed were really touching. They wished us safe travels and hoped we had a good trip. To some this may not mean much but to me it meant a lot. As hosts of the property I feel they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I started out as a first time renter but now I look forward to repeat visits as long as they will welcome us to their property.
