About this house rental
Semi-detached village Charentaise house of 80m2 renovated in 2020 with a beautiful bright kitchen and living room area and opening onto a large terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It has two large bedrooms that can be adapted to the family configuration, one of which has a secure and easily accessible mezzanine. Also a beautiful spacious entrance with a relaxation area and a library with children's, teenagers' and adult books. A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a separate toilet. A cupboard with a washing machine.
On the terrace you can have a quiet lunch and enjoy a plancha, table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers.
You can park nearby (public parking at the end of the street) and do your shopping on foot. 2 minutes away is the superb covered market open during the high season every morning and the rest of the year 4 times a week. The shopping street is also right next door with its shops, restaurants, bars and cinema.
The village of Saint Pierre is in the middle of the island of Oléron you can easily crisscross all the beaches by bike or car, the nearest beach is 3.5kms away, it is doable by bike and family by the cycle path.
Please note, *during school holidays the house is rented by the week. From November to March inclusive (in April depending on the temperature) an extra charge of 40 euros is required for heating for the week, 25 for 4 days. This supplement is not included in the rental.* rental for 5 people maximum

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec mon épouse et la fille de 18 mois.
Tout s'est très bien passé.
Très bonne ommunication avec Valérie.
La localisation est parfaite : à 100 mètre de l'allée commerçante, à 200 mètres du marché, on ne peut pas faire mieux !
Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche.
L'espace extérieur est sans vis-à-vis et se constitue d'une terrasse et d'un jardin avec transat.
Une plancha est disponible (nous ne l'avons pas utilisé).
Seul équipement manquant : un grille pain :-(

Location rénovée récemment et avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le fait d'être au centre de Saint Pierre permet de découvrir facilement toute l'Ile d'Oléron.
