exciting day at the beach. If the evening happens to be a bit cooler, relax by the
cozy tiled stove or head to the private sauna.
The house is located in a quiet area of Garding, right in the heart of Eiderstedt.
The wide sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording are about a 10-minute drive away.
Garding is the central starting point for beautiful bike rides. A small shopping center and the town center, with restaurants and the “Lütt Matten” (a musicians’ pub), are easily accessible. Every Tuesday, there’s a weekly market featuring regional products at the church and market square. During the summer months, numerous events take place in Garding—such as the Musikantenbörse with live music, the country women’s specialty market, the Rose Festival, and more...

The ground-floor vacation rental offers approximately 130 square meters of space, enough for 4 adults and one child up to 2.5 years old. On the covered terrace, complete with a beach chair, sun loungers, and teak garden furniture, you can wind down the evening after an exciting day at the beach. If the evening happens to be a bit cooler, relax by the cozy tiled stove or enjoy the private sauna.
Upon your arrival, all beds will be made, and towel sets—including one bath towel and one regular hand towel—will be ready for you. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. Access to the terrace is through a screen door. The bedroom windows and the bathroom are also equipped with screens. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in this apartment. You’ll have everything you need. Free Wi-Fi is available; this is a non-smoking apartment, and all windows have electric exterior blinds. Bright, spacious living room with a comfortable leather couch, reading nook, satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and CD player with internet radio and Bluetooth (all-in-one unit), tiled stove, and screen door. The kitchen features a large built-in kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and a microwave-oven combo, all at working height; a large refrigerator with separate fruit and vegetable compartments; an electric kettle with temperature settings (e.g., for different types of tea); toaster, coffee maker, and Nespresso capsule machine. You’ll also find a large freezer in the utility room. The dining area, which is open to the kitchen and living area, features a large dining table with 6 upholstered chairs. Two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 cm), a variety of pillows (80x80 cm and 40x80 cm), a wardrobe in each, and an additional satellite TV in each. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and sauna. Guest restroom, utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. Iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. There is also a rotary clothesline in the garden. A travel crib with mattress and a high chair for children up to 2.5 years old are available—please note this when booking.



On-site costs: A security deposit of 200.00 € is required. Please transfer the security deposit along with the remaining rental balance before arrival. You will receive the security deposit back within 7 days after your departure, provided no damage has been found. Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 07:00-10:00 a.m.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
