Allamanda 2 is a new beautiful 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Thomas. The living room area has a dining table for 2. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom.
Infants and children are counted as guests and will incur an additional fee. We do not allow any infants or children in our Allamanda One Bedroom units. We may allow a child or infant as an additional person in our other One bedrooms units (Seagrape 1 and Seagrape 2) and our Two bedrooms. However, this needs to be approved prior to booking and an additional charge will incur

Only about a 1/4 mile walk to the bars and restaurants but it is a super steep hill. Some people might struggle to walk it. We loved it this place

Everything you need is here! Close to town. Rent a jeep! Go to a different beach everyday. Love it here.

This is the first trip to STJ where we could easily walk to Cruz Bay! The walk, itself, includes beautiful views of the ocean, peacocks, and a peaceful little cemetery.
The property and unit were fantastic, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for me and my husband. All the beach gear was appreciated and the community kitchen with snacks and drinks for purchase was so convenient! Loved it all!!
