About this hotel
Seagrape 2 is a new beautiful large 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Croix. The living room area has a dining table for 4. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 15 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

This little gem was even better than described. It’s a cozy complex of condos with beautiful gardens, a fountain, a pool, 2 very sweet, mellow dogs. There is a modern community kitchen with drinks and snacks offered for a minimal donation. There are 2 washers and driers on site. You can borrow snorkel and beach gear along with sunscreen and bug spray. The views of the ocean are beautiful from the upper levels and the pool deck! The steep hill leading to the parking lot gets your blood rushing but it’s part of the adventure! You can easily walk to town center for restaurants and shopping. We loved this place!

My husband and I travel often to St. John and like to stay in Cruz Bay area for the walking convenience to the downtown restaurants and bars. Seagrape villa was an excellent find! Comfortable, Clean, gorgeous view and short walk to downtown. Also, short ride to all the local beaches. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended.

This property is brand new. The architecture is lovely, there is a beautiful infinity pool, and everything is immaculate. There are nice amenities: laundry room, beach towels and chairs, and an honor bar.
There were some disappointments, particularly considering how nice the property itself is. The furniture in the living room, while brand new, was spartan: one uncomfortable and small couch. The dining chairs were plastic and also uncomfortable. The only TV service was internet based and the browser did not work with the Xfinity streaming service. We have rented many properties in St. John and the interior decor of this unit was not of the same quality as other rentals.
There is a parking lot, which is fortunate because the property is on a very steep hill so a car is really needed. Walking to and from Cruz Bay is a challenge both because of the hill and the narrow streets.
An upgrade of the furnishings would bring this to an entirely different level.
