Situated in Clearwater Beach in Springs, East Hampton, this home is walking/biking distance from multiple beaches, including members only Clearwater Beach. Conveniently located, the home is 10 minutes from Amagansett LIRR + town, 10 minutes to East Hampton LIRR + town, 30 minutes to Ditch Plains Beach, Montauk (for the surfers!) - but on an idyllic, tree-lined quiet street.
The house was recently renovated in 2018 and features soaring cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a charming eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, and large living room with wood burning fireplace.
The home boasts 2 master bedrooms each equipped with king size beds + private bath, 1 queen size bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed with a shared bath.
Enjoy a lazy summer brunch beneath the wood-beamed ceiling of a bright, open-plan space or in the glorious backyard deck. Enjoy sun drenched days relaxing by the 40-foot saltwater pool* with rolling lawns set for perfect outdoor gaming, or take a spin around the neighborhood on bikes (2 available). On colder days, cozy up near the double sided brick fireplace and revel in a warm conversation within this elegant home.
Heating the pool comes at an extra charge of propane used from check in to check-out.

Beautiful home, perfectly maintained, in a lovely neighborhood. Host could not have done things any more smoothly or efficiently. We had a great time during our stay, me I bet you would too.

My wife and two sons (12 and 17) had a great 4 days at the property, Alice and Steve were amazing to communicate with and very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, the location is a 5 min walk from the water and short bike ride / drive to Gerard Drive beach which is the most beautiful view in the springs. The house was very clean and the pool is great. We really appreciated the stay! Would recommend.

Amazing stay here! Backyard was amazing with huge pool and great patio for grilling and meals. The house was close to the bay beaches and an easy 10 minute drive to Atlantic avenue beach. Alice was super easy to communicate with and answered all our questions very quickly! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this beautiful the house! The pictures don’t do the pool justice - and it was available to be heated for an extra charge which my 5 year old loved.
The location is perfect - very close to the main areas of the hamptons but nice and quiet and secluded.
Alice was a great host. The house had everything we’d need and all her dining recommendations were spot on!
