About this villa rental
Exclusive villa with maximum privacy. Located on the seafront of Torre Suda a few meters from the sea, the villa extends over 1000 square meters. The design furniture offers a familiar and comfortable environment. Surrounded by green spaces with Mediterranean vegetation and relaxation corners. Furnished with taste and great attention to detail: the furnishings and accessories are design. You will be free to access a terrace where you can have splendid breakfasts and dinners, also taking advantage of our private swimming pool or if you prefer a relaxing siesta surrounded by greenery.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, a large living room overlooking the pool and an equipped kitchen. The car park with automatic gate can accommodate up to 2 cars.
The swimming pool with dimensions of 8x6 meters, has an entrance with steps to access it more easily or simply relax by the pool with a drink, its maximum depth is 1.40 meters. The swimming pool can be heated to 26° on request, to make pleasant to stay in the pool.
The wi-fi is free (download 25 Mpbs), the gas barbecue for outdoor grilling. The sea on the front is formed by very accessible low rocks, there is a door that allows direct access.

We absolutely loved this house!
All the great things:
- Morning and evening swims in the sea, which was warm and calm. Also, it felt very much a community of people that would head to the sea and the rock beach and just enjoy time together. We loved it!
- The house was perfect for our group of 7. There was always plenty of space.
- It was a very social space and you could always find shady areas outside.
- The pool was just the right size and we spent a lot of time in it!
- Several cafes/restaurants were within walking distance, including Sunset Cafe for breakfast and a local pizza place which was in the basement of someone’s home.
- Francesco was a pleasure to deal with!
- Almost no other English/Americans in this part of Puglia, and we loved that. Try out your Italian but generally you can get by with a mix of a few basic words and google translate.
- The beaches/towns within 45 minutes are all lovely and we did every other day excursions and loved everyone one of them.
- Watching a sunset while floating in the sea might be one of the best experiences ever.
Almost no negatives but just a few points:
- beaches are almost all rocky. We didn’t mind at all and it keeps the water clear and means no sand. But just take some rock shoes as that helps massively.
- no en-suite bathrooms.
- kitchen is the right size and we did several meals but just takes getting used to.
I think we may be back next summer as we enjoyed it that much!

We had an incredible week! The house is great, with everything that we needed. The pool is fantastic!
And the service was perfect, Francesco was very kind, helpful and attentive!

Everything about the villa is absolutely perfect - how it is situated right by the sea, the pool, the outdoor shower, the garden. Inside there is everything you need and it is very clean. Francesco is a welcoming, attentive and a reliable host. We had a wonderful stay!
