Melissa, on handing over the apartment, was very polite and professional. The area is a great location to relax after a long day on the slopes. It's a great place to stay.
The only downfall was the extra fee for arriving a couple of hours later than expected, which is not specified when making the booking. Also, there was no hot water after driving for fourteen hours until the next day, but apart from these two issues, the apartment and location are great.

The location was near to the centre. This particular apartment was suitable for a disabled person. There was a ramp to enter the building. Martine, who met us with the keys was extremely kind and helpful.
