Beautiful T2 apartment of 34m² on the 2nd floor with elevator in a residence in the middle of a wooded park with parking. The area is very quiet. In the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance.
The latter is located 1km from the train station, 500m from the gondolas and the Allées d'Etigny, 700m from the Thermal Baths and 300m from the Golf Course.
It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It is ideal for mountain lovers!
You will find in this accommodation all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay:
- a living room with a 160cm double sofa bed, dresser, television, dining table with four chairs, kitchen area including induction hob,
dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, Tassimo capsule machine, toaster,
raclette set, fondue set, crockery and cooking utensils.
- a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a storage shelf, a chair.
- a bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, hairdryer.
- a separate toilet.
- a hallway with a large wardrobe containing ironing board, iron, blankets, duvets, 60X60 pillows, vacuum cleaner.
- a large balcony with garden table and 2 chairs.
Additional information:
- cleaning must be done at the start. It is possible to entrust the task to the person in charge of reception, to be seen directly with this person on your arrival. A deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if the conditions are respected.
- household linen is not provided (sheets, towels, dish towels,...) but it is also possible to request it from the person in charge of your reception.
- small animals are accepted.
- many activities are possible in Luchon and its surroundings.
