Walking into this elegantly furnished and exquisitely decorated ground floor oceanfront condominium, you can’t help but notice the panoramic view of the sea. The fully equipped and amply stocked kitchen is a cook’s delight. The condo offers a large and comfortable living room with incredible ocean views. The two master bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms. The spacious condo is a great option as a home base for larger groups.
Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

This is a great property and a good location. Brittney and Mike are the best. They respond within minutes to meet our needs. Our only issue was with the master bath Jacuzzis. We didn't try it until our last day only to find it didn't work. This was a feature that sold us on the property so we were very disappointed. Other then Jacuzzis everything worked great, the unit was beautiful and when we had to reschedule our departure flight, Brittany was a wonderful help. We were surprise at the prices in the restaurants. We live in Guatemala and I commute from the USA and we have never seen prices this high. All in all, it was a great vacation. We went to secret beach on our first day so the kids were able to have fun with the jet skis before tropical storm Sara came and brought rain for three days.
