As both a hideaway from city life and an enviable access point to Bartlett’s Farm, Cisco Brewery, South Shore beaches and Town through easy entry to the Bartlett Road bike path, “Joint Venture” (9 Grey Lady Lane) offers the simplicity that makes summers on Nantucket pure magic. Grey Lady Lane is a small, private cul-de-sac of elegant, high-end homes. This newly constructed home, designed with award-winning architect Workshop/APD, overlooks the 16th fairway of Miacomet Golf Course. The resort-inspired amenities include a shared pool and spacious community cabana with a lounge area and bar.
“Joint Venture” is a personalized vacation home designed for your comfort. There are beautiful and functional living and working spaces. It is cozy, efficient, and stylish. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
Our vacation rental comes equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Our property includes linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. Our chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll also find a dual washing machine and dryer to keep your clothes and all those towels fresh and clean!
For your days at the beach, we provide beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach toys to ensure you have a great time by the sea. You can enjoy quality time indoors with our fully stocked family game cabinet, perfect for evening entertainment. For fitness enthusiasts, we offer a Peloton bike and yoga mats for your workout needs.
As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor fireplace to relax and unwind after a day of activities.
We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Main Floor: The first floor boasts an open-concept sitting and dining area. The living room and kitchen are surrounded by large windows. Off the dining area is the custom kitchen with modern finishes, a large island with bar seating for 6. A double-sided indoor/outdoor gas fireplace connects the living room and patio. The patio has a high end BBQ and table seating for 8. To the left of the entry is an en-suite guest bedroom with a queen bed. To the right of the entry is a mud room, a full washer & dryer and powder room.
Second Floor: Primary Suite with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, dual vanities, bath tub, frameless glass shower and separate toilet. The primary suite has a desk, chair, and wireless printer as well. Two additional guest bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) both with en-suite bathrooms.
Lower Level: This level includes a second living room/play room perfect for entertaining and movie watching, xbox, games, and a Peloton bike exercise area. The lower level also includes two sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom and the other has two full size mattress bunk beds (4 beds) with an en suite bathroom.
There is an additional washer/dryer located on this level.

We had a fantastic visit to Joint Venture! Our group was two families totaling 11 people, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen and open first floor were great to spend time together as a group, and the kids loved the lower level to play video games, cards, etc. Each bedroom comes with its own bath, which was fantastic.Location wise, Joint Venture was super convenient. We were in town almost daily, and it was only about a 10 minute drive. We also easily bounced around to several beaches during our time there, including Cisco, Ladies, Madaket, and Nobadeer. The owners were responsive and were genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our time in their home.We would definitely recommend Joint Venture!

The house and overall experience was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay I.e. beach towels, beach chairs, cookware, soap, laundry detergent, bath towels, list goes on. The house is nestled on a cute, small cul de sac, the location was perfect for our kids to bike back and forth to downtown (about 10-minutes) and a short car ride. Decor and furnishings are beautiful. Owners were responsive, with the exception of one time there was very little need for us to reach out as everything ran very smoothly. Thank you for a great stay we look forward to returning!
