If you are looking for the kind of vacation condo that’s really clean and nicely appointed, this is the one for you. The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo.

Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.
The living area's nice and big. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at. There’s a big TV and it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.
Both your dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.
Your MASTER SUITE has a king size bed with a headboard. There’s another big TV here and same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

Perfect location! Walking distance to Pier Park and a Walmart less than a mile away for all the things you forget to pack. We never had to wait long for an elevator and the beach was beautiful. Well stocked condo for basic meal prep. We would definitely stay here again!

Super nice place to stay. Love the resort. The pools were perfect. The only thing that needs upgraded is the mattress. If that had been better, you couldn’t find a nicer room!

Pros-The location is great, just down from Pier Park. So many places within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great. The property was clean. Early check in was fantastic.
Cons- the beds are the absolute worst beds we have ever had to sleep on. The master bed felt like a small blanket had been wrapped around plywood. The bed made terrible noises when getting in and out. Enough to disturb your partners sleep. So strange that it did not have any creature comforts like coffee filters, salt, pepper, dryer sheets, no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. The rusty dryer vent cut my wife’s finger deep when she was cleaning it out. We were in town for Jeep Jam and the beds really were so bad it interfered with our stay because we were all so sore in the mornings. First time ever I was ready to check out and go home. It’s so unfortunate that a better mattress or even a mattress topper could of earned them a 5 star review. My son is only 19 and he said the bunk beds were also terrible. He took Tylenol and each day for his achy back.
