If you are looking for the kind of vacation condo that’s clean and nicely appointed, and on a low floor, this is the one for you. The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property including a brand-new flat screen TV in the living room, updated flooring, and stainless-steel appliances. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo. Also, here’s a bonus: because it’s located on the 3rd floor you don’t have to take an elevator once you cross the parking deck because the unit is just two doors down from the bridge that crosses over from the parking deck. Beach service also included during season. Value is $50/day.
But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you. Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony, and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play offshore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.
The living area's nice and big. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at. There’s a big TV and it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.
Both your dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.
Your MASTER SUITE has a king size bed with a headboard. There’s another big TV here and same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

We stayed celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.. this place is such a good location. We walked to lunch and dinner .. there’s a little place to eat breakfast/lunch coffee and ice cream in the newer calypso building on the other side of the street. The beach chairs included were an additional plus . The beach was clean .. the bar at the pool was great … we had a very nice experience . The air conditioning did stop working on one day the maintenance people acted fast and got it fixed in a timely manner

Just finished 7 days with my family of 3. Condo was nice and clean except the sofa chair was full of sand. Plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Great location to Pier Park and tons of restaurants and shopping. Beachfront! 3rd level was perfect for the parking garage bridge and quick access to stairs cause the elevator was a nightmare. Needs for Tupperware other than that would definitely stay there again. As far as beach wasn’t thrilled with the fact they allow the tents to cover the front of the beach and paying customers are behind them. Blocks your view and hard to get around them to go to the water.Other than that great week in Panama City

Overall, very pleased. Amazing views and perfect location. Your really don't need a car as everything is walkable. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need. Cons: Unit is a little tired looking. It was not very clean either. The bedroom is at the rear of the unit and right off the main walkway. You hear everything at all hours.
