Fabulous villa. Clean and simple furniture with great facilities inside and out. Comfy beds and good kitchen equipment. It is a little close to the neighbouring villa on one side - you could hear them talking by the pool very clearly. Pool initially went green in first few days. Pool cleaner came and it was fine the rest of the time. Barbeque electric and very good. Loads of outdoor seating. TV has Netflix etc, but only works if you sign in your own subscription.

Villa is run by 'Javea Holidays'. They want you to fill in a big form before you arrive, which is a faff. You have to go into Javea to collect the keys in person - annoying. The electric gates didn't work as they hadn't replaced the batteries in the fobs, so we were locked out of the driveway until we could return to the office and get them replaced. The office closes for ages at lunchtime and isn't open at weekends - so this was very irritating. However, they did send someone to check the gates in the end. The next door villa played loud music regularly which was very annoying. They were permanent residents too so this would happen a lot I think. The villa itself was great - but a bit more care and attention from the management company would help visitors have a better holiday. Also, we stayed for 27 nights. They changed the bed linen and towels weekly but should include one full house clean for such a long stay, in my opinion.
