The location was excellent. Away from busy roads and secure off street parking. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. The conservatory was a plus except when it rained. The garden was beautiful!
A lot of the furniture was older and well worn. The roof in the conservatory leaked every time it rained. We couldn’t run hot water in both bathrooms at the same time. There were no instructions for the appliances in the kitchen. We never did figure out how the ovens worked.

The location is very good for walking into Frome town centre. Quite and pleasent area close to a very nice church.
Certain aspects of the property need attention. Mainly the cleanleness of the lower oven and locks on the downstairs toilet.
There was some staining on the mattress in the on-suit bedroom.
