NGS Hotel

The staff ladies were very friendly. Especially the house keeping lady. Location of the hotel was really great. Opposite you find streetart, the Menara 188, a convenience store on the corner, mosque 7 mins walk. The towels were clean, water pressure ok. You get two complimentary bottles of water. Take a room away from the street to avoid noise. Room rate was quite ok if you share. Wifi worked well.

Improvement ideas: Shower was leaking. Windows didn't lock too well so you could hear rain heavily dripping on the A/Cs outside and traffic. Smoking is granted inside the room. and no non smoking room was available. In general the stay was ok and I slept very well.

Location is superb. Staff very friendly & so helpful. All the necessary facilities is well functioning.

Lighting. Please do not use warm bulb.

The hotel location is very easy access to most happening place in Kuantan. The best thing is it located just by kuantan riverbank beside the Towel 188. Excellent. 7e is just 10m away. 24/7 food stalls/shops nearby. Hotel only has very few room. Hence, very comfortable. Especially, added to bubbly and friendly staff.

The only a minus point was the under the bed cleanliness.. Dusty. Guessing, never been taken care for long times. Can even find toys, used wrappers, stationeries etc... Left behind by guests before.

Location is very good, just 10 minutes walk to HTAA along the river. 7e nearby. Good view.

Dont have elevator. Need to climb stairs with suitcase. Not suitable for OKU or elderly at all. Reservation through booking.com cost me rm270 for 2 nights, however if you book directly (walk in) to the hotel, the charge is just rm240. There is additional charge rm 3 for each tenants (required by Kuantan).
