El silencio y respeto del bloque. Todo a mano tanto la playa como restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo. Lo limpio que estaba el apartamento y su hall deslumbrante con el suelo de tanto brillo.

El sofá fue lo único diría yo que no me gustó tanto.

Korteri planeering on väga hea. Rõdu meeldis, võimalus rõdul ujumisriideid kuivatada. Hommikul merre ujuma minek 1 min. Köögis kõik kokkamiseks olemas. Puudu on vaid töötav pann ja pannilabidas (olemasolevad pannid on täiesti kulunud). Meeldiv suhtlus.

Vaja on korralikku panni ka pannilabidat. Me ei saanud aru kuidas toimib dushiruumi valguse dimmer.

Сподобалось місцерозташування: дуже близько знаходяться неймовірний пляж, чудова набережна з безліччю кафе й ресторанів, парк Санта Каталіна (звідки відправляються екскурсійні автобуси по острову), океанаріум, торговий центр, порт, кінцева зупинка автобусів, що їдуть з/до аеропорту тощо. Поруч є багато дрібних маркетів та магазинів, у будинку навпроти є спортзал, в сусідньому - велика парковка. У помешканні наявне усе необхідне для комфортного перебування, квартира не дуже велика за розмірами, але її більш ніж достатньо, в ній чисто та затишно, ліжко велике і зручне, є балкон. Господарі уважні, люб'язні і досить швидко реагували на всі наші запити, сусіди ввічливі і приємні. З радістю обрали б це житло і наступного разу!

Нам сподобалось абсолютно усе, але є особливості життя на острові, на які варто звернути увагу: Вода з-під крану - це опріснена вода з океану, на смак не пробували, але неприємного запаху немає і для миття посуду та купання вона є цілком придатною, однак для приготування їжі та пиття рекомендуємо купувати великий бутель води в супермаркеті. Через близькість до океану та підвищену вологість речі трохи довго сохнуть, враховуйте це або сушіть їх в кімнаті.

We really loved these apartments. The combination of price + quality, + location was excellent — everything was absolutely great. The apartment was comfortable, convenient, and fully met our expectations. The location in Las Palmas was perfect for relaxing, walking around, and exploring Gran Canaria. I can confidently recommend these apartments to other guests. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again.

The main negative point was that personal data is collected through an unclear third-party website, which felt unsafe to me. After paying for the stay through Booking.com, I expected the check-in process to be simple. Instead, I received an email saying that I had to complete an online check-in. Providing basic information such as my name, surname, and phone number would not have been a problem. However, I was required to enter sensitive personal data, including my passport number and other details, through a third-party website: https://app.icnea.net. This immediately raised serious concerns for me, especially because Booking.com itself warns users that personal data is confidential and should be handled carefully. Another unexpected issue was that I could not complete the online check-in without paying a €100 deposit. This is not a huge amount, but it should be clearly stated in the listing before booking and payment. I understand that automated check-in can be convenient and, in theory, should make the process easier. However, in this case, it felt unsafe, intrusive, and poorly explained. I have serious doubts about how well my personal and financial data is protected when it is collected through third-party services. I strongly recommend that the property management reviews this process. Sensitive personal data should be collected in accordance with the law, preferably in responsible person, not through external platforms where responsibility is unclear. My question is simple: if my data is leaked, if I start receiving scam calls, or if my card details are misused, who will take responsibility? I sincerely hope that my personal information will remain confidential and will not end up in the wrong hands. However, this check-in experience made me feel uncomfortable.
