I spent 4 wonderful weeks in the appartment in Las Palmas in April 25; location of the appartment is perfect; beach 2 mins, bus stop 2 mins, central bus station 5 mins, varios supermarkets nearby, lots of nice restaurants as well, the appartment offers all that's needed; description and photos are 100% correct; in addition to be noted that it is really very clean and indeed it is not noisy at all, neighbours are very quiet as well. What I really liked is that basic stuff is availabe (spices, paper towels, toilet paper etc.) Also Mara generously took care of changing sheets and towels. I can fullheartedly recommend this appartment for 1-2 grown ups.
