Not safe, as Mr. Kutun entered my room and no one is supposed to enter ! How could he have an access while I’m inside ! I don’t recommend it.. also I have wrote a message to you and no action was taken, I would raise this topic to booking !

It was terrible. No cleaning during my stay. They didn´t provide any services. There was no one in reception, never. Other people that stayed in other rooms called for prostitutes, made a lot of noise and nothing happened because there was no service. I won´t recommend to anyone and I will never go back again.

There was not a breakfast. The system of online check-in does not function well. You receive everything per email and check-in per email. This is not a very good system. The owner is also not always available. Rooms were not stocked and cleaned properly.

Home away from home!

I was on a business trip n the stay extended to 2 weeks from 3 days. So nice. Just on short notice the hostess has offered me room with kitchen. During lockdown I was quite happy with all equipped kitchen. Not a single thing I missed as it seems to be equipped with well thought approach! Everything including checkin is electronic with no human interaction, property best adopted to contemporary pandemic situations.

If your mobile had problems with internet connectivity (Due to roaming) or you miss to complete checkin process earlier for whatever reasons, it’s hard to enter the building. May be after check in, an electronic swipe card to open doors could be more helpful. Still it’s minor thing as they always responded to buzzer as well.

Tragedia, zaniedbanie oraz bezpodstawne oskarżenia

Lokalizacja w porządku i tylko w sumie tyle.

Po pierwsze pomimo że mieliśmy zarezerwowane na 15 dzwoniliśmy do nich na kilka numerów i tak mają źle wpisane dane, że dopiero za 4 razem znaleźliśmy dokładny numer i dodatkowo mowili, że niby nie da rady nas zakwaterować i po kilkunastu smsach dopiero stwierdzili że jednak mamy rację i jest rezerwacja na waszej stronie więc w rezultacie weszliśmy do pokoju o godzinie 20. Po drugie gdy się na łóżku za dużo rusza światło w sypialni się wyłącza i dopiero jak zgłosiliśmy przyszedł ktoś i pokazał nam, że żeby włączyć światło trzeba odsunąć łóżko. Ktoś zdjął czujnik dymu i co 2 minuty przez pierwszą noc pikało tak, że nie mogliśmy spać. Chcąc napić się herbaty musieliśmy umyć wszystkie szklanki gdyż lepiły się do ręki. Zostaliśmy oskarżeni o kradzież jakiejś flagi której nawet na oczy nie widzieliśmy oraz kradzież patelni, której w mieszkaniu nie było (skoro stać mnie żeby wynająć sobie hotel to stać mnie również na patelnie). A na koniec dostaliśmy wiadomość, że zostaliśmy zgłoszeni za tą "kradzież" do booking.com oraz że zniszczyliśmy im garnki, które były przypalone na samym początku i tak jak wcześniej wspomniałem wszystkie naczynia były brudne i sami musieliśmy sobie wyszorować druciakiem garnki żeby móc z nich korzystać i teraz dostajemy wiadomość z pretensjami, że nie zgłosiliśmy tego że garnki były czarne i mamy oddać pieniądze, które były z ich winy nie przy pilnowane wcześniej przed naszym przyjazdem. Dodatkowo w tym temacie po prostu nie chcieliśmy zawracać głowy nikomu gdyż stwierdziliśmy, że druciakiem sami sobie wyszorujemy in po co zawracać komuś głowę z tego powodu... I jeszcze dodatkowo dodam, że pranie które ustawione było na program ktory trwa 1.

Unterkunft ist ein Bordell

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand da. Die bei Booking angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht in Betrieb. Wir haben nie eine Email mit den Zugangsdaten für das Online Check-In erhalten. Als wir dann doch jemand erreicht haben, wurden wir von einer Frau mit Ausreden vertröstet. Beim zweiten Anruf war jemand anderes dran, der behauptet hat, es sei unsere Schuld, dass wir die Email zum Check-In nicht hätten. Während unserer Wartezeit kamen zwei Männer vorbei, die offensichtlich Kunden bei Prostituierten waren. Der eine kam 15 min später wieder raus, war verschwitzt und roch nach Sperma. Der Zweite war völlig verwirrt als er uns sah und behauptete, er habe sich wohl in der Adresse geirrt. Er kam dann nach 5 Min trotzdem wieder und stürmte ohne uns eines Blickes zu würdigen in eines der Zimmer. Nach 45 min wurde es uns zu bunt und wir haben eine andere Unterkunft gesucht, die kein PUFF war.

Gar nichts, da wir dort auf Grund von extremer Unsauberkeit nicht übernachtet haben! BEschwerde ist noch in Arbeit!!

Die Apartments waren extrem unsauber und in dem Bett mit dieser verdreckten Matratze hätte niemand schlafen wollen!!!!
