Shop, Soak &Sleep Galleria 3BR Retreat Private Jacuzzi

This is such a lovely property! It’s very spacious & after a 2 week road trip where my daughters had to share a room (and sometimes a bed), the separate rooms were appreciated. There is a tv in the living room, every bathroom & even by the hot tub. You can log into personal Netflix / Apple accounts which is great. Towels & toiletries provided. Hot tub towels provided separately. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Large pantry for stuffing food & large fridge & ice machine. Having a washing machine & drier was came in handy. There is a garage, but be mindful that it’s difficult to fit a large car (we had a ford explorer & it was a very tight squeeze). But others wise you’d fit any reasonably sized car & it’s handy to be able to keep it safe. Hot tub was amazing! Clean & well maintained.

Unfortunately we had issues with neighbours during the stay. We stayed 3 nights & had problems every night - noise (including shouting & arguing) / cars / loud music in the early hours of the morning. One night there was a party in one garage that seemed to involve most of the street. This went on from 11pm until 4am. It’s a shame as this marred what would have been a fantastic day. One night we returned & were unable to access this garage due to car being parked along the road outside houses blocking the path to get into it comfortably. There is a ‘visitors’ parking area & we could get a spot but this was frustrating. Inventory was not correct - no wine glasses despite cupboard saying 6 present. Fed this back to the hosts. Hot tub instructions need replacing as they are a little faded from water damage.

Lack of regular external fumigation, hence Mosquitoes in the Jacuzzi area.

Hard to find

Location was excellent for my party and I. Very comfortable to accommodate the six of us.

Bathroom can use a little more of an update. But other than that everything was nice.
