Getting Around:
If you do not have a rental vehicle, Uber is the main way of transportation. There is also public transportation available on the main streets that are only 1 block away.
Other Things to Note:
Jacuzzi Waiver will need to be signed before arrival.
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available 95% of the time throughout your stay. We do ask you to respect our privacy between 11p-8am unless there is something highly emergent. We must get shut eye to provide the best customer service experience for all of our partners. We will not be available during these hours
