This modern, detached villa (120 m²) with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and serenity, ideal for couples, families, or friends who value quality and relaxation. The "Master Suite" and "2-Bedroom Suite" categories refer to 3-bedroom villas in which one or two bedrooms are simply closed off. You still benefit from the full comfort and spacious layout of a villa originally designed for 6 guests. These configurations are only available during the low season.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa contemporaine de 4 chambres située dans un beau domaine spacieux et calme (rare dans Calvi !),et surtout à proximité de la plage et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique sur la montagne . Tout est bien ! Rien à redire ! Une très belle adresse pour se reposer , profiter de la nature et ou fait bon de se ressourcer !
Nous avons trouvé ce que nous souhaitions !
- Une villa contemporaine à Calvi en Balagne bien équipée sans être encombrée, chic sans excès et confortable avec classe sans ostentation.
- Des équipements de qualité avec de l'espace : une grande pièce à vivre cuisine salon de 65m² , une salle de bain privée pour chaque chambre(idéale pour les vacances entre amis) avec de l'espace (180 m² ) répartie sur un rez de chaussée et un étage ( 4 terrasses) ,
- un beau jardin fleuri et entretenu et une terrasse aménagée avec du mobilier de qualité ( type Tribu – Versus et barbecue weber ) , une piscine avec transat et ombre , parfait pour la lecture et la sieste !
- L'endroit est très calme et y règne une certaine quiétude: une petite équipe très professionnelle (femmes de ménage – jardinier et réceptionniste) règne sur ce Domaine et est au petites soins .
- le domaine est parfaitement bien située :les plages sont à 900 m , les petites criques de la revelatta à 4km ( allez aux soirées blanches de mara beach , chez Franck ,vous ne regretterez pas , ), la rivière de la Figarella à 17 km et le merveilleux fango à 35km , etc.
- Toutes les activités sont à quelques pas : la location du bateau chez Tra mare e monte a été remarquable : fabien nous a tout expliqué la veille de notre sortie et une bouteille de muscat , une coppa et des canistrelli nous attendaient à bord le jour de notre départ …..Très bon accueil familial chez Plongée Castille et belle plongée sur le Bombardier.
- Le ravitaillement est très pratique : le casino drive est à 1 km . N'oubliez pas de goûter le charcuterie de Gérard à l'orée de pins ,et les tartes sucrées (pommes, citrons ) et salées '(aubergines parmesan) . Un délice !
Pour le poisson et la viande , c'est Françoise la cheftaine : elle vous trouvera des langoustes, du denti , du maigre ou du loup .....et la cuisine c'est son rayon .
Sans hésitations, je vous conseille ce lieu magique ou vous semblez être hôte privilégié et pas un simple touriste.
